Romantic Wallpaper - Gothenburg Home

Although we left our little Swedish cottage back in Saskatchewan, we rented another cottage like house in Victoria. I have to say that this cottage is not as cute as our cottage at home, but I love it just the same. If I was allowed to hang wall paper in this house, I would love to do something a little like the this home in Gothenburg, Sweden. I think the pale pink color of the wall paper would add a bit of romance to your everyday life. Do you like the pink or do you think it would be too much for you?

Home Inspiration: Wall Paper

I am loving these modern wallpapers from makelike (a shop). I think they would be perfect for a modern city condo/house. Don't you think it would be great to be surrounded by a faux forest when you are actually in the middle of the city!

What's inspiring you lately?? We just moved into a new apartment and although we are unable to paint etc, I have been dreaming about how I am going to decorate our little house on the prairie. 


Since our entire house in decorated in a 60's modern/cottage look, I decided I would like to put some fun 60's inspired wall paper in our guest room/office. I am so in love with this wallpaper from Swedish designer Lisa Bengtsson!! I think it would look superb combined with ultra simple white accent pieces.
