My sister in law took me to my very first yoga class when we were visiting her and my brother in Thailand almost six years ago. Soon after, Dominic and I moved to Taiwan and immediately started a yoga class. We had the most amazing instructor and even though the class was entirely in Chinese, I learned so much about yoga as a way of life! Participating in classes 3 times a week for 2 hours per class really inspired me to continue my practice even after we left Taiwan. And as a result, yoga has become an integral part of my life that keeps me happy, healthy and grounded. Moving around as much as we do, yoga has been one of my constants as all it requires is a yoga mat and maybe some nice yoga gear. Yoga I love you!
How do you keep healthy and fit??
Love,
Karen
I used to do Pilates some years ago,but then I started salsa and Argentinian tango, that was more fascinating.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I was more satisfied with Pilates, my body was more fit. I've tried yoga once but I think I'm not really into that!

I would love to do yoga too! Looks so peaceful and relaxing..
ReplyDeleteI love yoga too! I used to go 3 days a week and had an amazing instructor with 30 years experience, but since we moved I haven't done much yoga. You are inspiring me to get back into it!

My workout routine varies from week to week. Some weeks I love to dance and do step aerobics.. Other weeks I want to do Pilates or a Jilian Michaels workout. Regardless, I always have to be doing something since that is my outlet for relaxation. I have naturally too much energy. Have a great day!
